I am passionate about helping people discover a deeper sense of who they are and how to live that out in freedom and authenticity. I enjoy coming alongside people, offering help, hope, and healing in the places where they feel stuck.

Foundational to my clinical approach is a relational style that values connection as the vehicle for change and growth. I believe that interpersonal relationships are where brokenness is experienced most deeply, and also the place where we can experience the deepest healing. It is in the context of the therapeutic relationship that the client’s story is explored, beautiful and painful places are discovered, celebrated, and grieved, wholeness and integration become possible, and restoration takes place.

Fee: $95 per 50 min session (sliding scale available based on need).

An invoice can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company.
